Who we are and how this policy applies
Rusk is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd and is based in Paarl, Western Cape. We supply rusks to customers across South Africa, including retail, wholesale, corporate and hospitality orders. This policy covers information shared with us by phone, email, online forms, messaging channels and in person.
By engaging with us, you acknowledge that we may process personal information as needed to fulfil your request, manage your account and comply with legal obligations. We keep processing limited to what is reasonably necessary for the purpose at hand.
What personal information we collect

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as required by law. Records relating to orders, invoices and tax matters may need to be retained for longer periods under South African legislation.
